Walking by this plain black mailbox hundreds of times on the way to the park with, ordinary houses, trees, and cars in the background never seemed like anything very exciting to paint. One day while walking by, I took a closer look, fell in love with the everyday scene and took on the challenge of turning it into bright light-hearted and interesting view of the street. The painting is full of life and color with this shades of green, pink, yellow, blue with some black and dark gray to contrast. It is unframed and has neatly painted edges. All hardware is attached and ready to hang on the wall.
