This is the first of a mini series linocut prints. Small but perfectly formed!
An homage to the artist Magritte, I created this mini print as a tribute.
Th actual print is carved from a square of Lino 7cm by 7 cm, inked and carved twice, using the reduction method to produce the green apple.
It is printed on Japanese paper using Cailgo relief inks. The paper is 11cm by 11cm. The paper is a feature in itself and these prints look great without a mount in a floating frame!
The print will arrive backed by card in a cellophane envelope, with a certificate of authenticity. I post the prints in a cardboard envelope, well packaged, and send using 1st class Royal mail.
