Every year I do a large painting of my magnolia tree. This year I have painted the buds that first come out at the top of the tree. Semi-abstract.
This painting is part of my on-going 10th series - the 'Behind The Sofa' series. A series of works which look fabulous as a centrepiece to a modern sitting room.
Materials used:
Oil paints over acrylic paint applied with large palette knifes, crayon, felt pen, pencil, ink
