I saw this palm tree in a nursery. I love it. It's such an unusual shape; I had to draw it. Of course, it won't grow up here in north Idaho, but I'm always enchanted by plants that I've never seen before!
I drew the image onto linoleum, cut out the negative areas, inked up the linoleum with oil-based ink and printed it on Italian Fabriano paper. Then, I went in and colored it with watercolors!
