"Lyon sightseeing by night" is an original palette knife oil painting on canvas, 18x18cm / 7x7inches, realized in the impasto technique. The painting is realized on linen, bonded on wood panel and framed with mat board. The dimensions of the painting including the mat board are 27x27 cm / 11x11 inches.

I was inspired to paint this contemporary modern impressionist painting while I was walking on the banks of the river Rhone in Lyon. The scene depicts people admiring the famous Hotel Dieu de Lyon by night.

This is a palette knife painting. No brush was used to create the work. I only used different types of palette knives to apply thick oil color paint.

Signed on the front, accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
