I was fortunate to view a Lynx in the wild,in British Columbia many years ago during my globetrotting years,which is my excuse for painting this lynx and cub
I was on a six month bicycle camping tour of the western united states and british columbia. The Lynx was in a clearing and didn't hear me as I cycled past. I was able to dismount from my bicycle and take a couple of photos but the cat was too far away for the photos to be clear.
Please bare in mind that the photos of the painting that you are seeing here,are inferior to seeing the painting in real life. The fine detail,rich colours are more visible when seeing the painting for real.
