Original artwork description:

In crafting this sculpture, I melded the earthiness of terracotta with the lustrous sheen of silver leaf to evoke a visceral juxtaposition. The assemblage style allowed me to explore the potency of objects in dialogue. These emergent figures, akin to bottled time, reach skyward, symbolizing aspirations and the multitude of paths life offers. The piece pulses with an innate history and vitality, infusing any space with a resonant energy and a whisper of timeless tales.

Hand build base where hand thrown ceramic vessels on top. White and crater glazed and finished with hidden silver leaf on the top. Fired twice at 1150°c.
