This is a mixed-media painting of a hare with a full moon behind. It is painted from imagination - I love these beautiful creatures that romance our folklore.

It has been painted with watercolours, acrylics and ink on beautiful handmade Two Rivers watercolour paper; the natural texture of this fabulous paper allows the paint to take on a life of its own and create wonderful patterns.

This painting is sold mounted in an Ice-White lightly textured mount and is presented in a cellophane bag along with a backing board. The mounted size is 12" X 16" and is ready to slot into a frame of your choice (it is sold unframed). The painting aperture is 8" X 11.3". It is signed in the bottom left-hand corner.
