In my painting, "Luna", I draw inspiration from the old masters, infusing their classical style with a touch of modernity. This piece depicts a charming girl holding a wild cat, capturing a moment of innocent connection. While paying homage to traditional portraiture, I've chosen to deviate from the smooth surfaces typically seen in those works. Instead, I've employed sharp strokes and textured patterns, reminiscent of scars and cuts, to emphasize the adventurous nature of the characters. The juxtaposition of classical elements with the contemporary texture creates a unique visual experience, inviting viewers to appreciate the wild and spirited essence of "Luna".
