Hi, this is a reworking of a previous painting. The London landscape around St Paul's and ludgate circus is a great inspiration and allows you to attempt many of the techniques Turnet used in his early period.
I have used washes of thin oil paint to create depth and abstraction in the dark areas of the street. This contrasts with the lighter and more realistic skyline.
