This small surrealist portrait has opened a new path for me.

After 3 years of living in an ecovillage in the heart of the province of Barcelona (Catalunya, Spain), I am not surprised to see that floral elements have started to appear in my otherwise stylized and (super-)flat portraits.

These richly textured flowers bring an uplifting atmosphere and give a hint of what the feminine figure in the painting might be dreaming about.
It's quite a mix between the almost abstract flowers in the hair-section and the figurative portrait.
A very exiting new horizon has freshly opened up!

Note to buyer: this painting is not framed, the canvas will be send rolled up in a stern tube.
The sides of this painting are kept in white and are wide enough to be stretched on a wide frame, which is up to one's taste and wishes for framing.

The painting is signed on the front, and on the back you will find the title, the year of creation and a bigger signature.
A certificate of authenticity shall be emitted upon purchase.
