This image forms part of a recent estuary series inspired by local Devon estuaries. I became fascinated with how estuaries seem to gather their own cloud systems, extending the horizon and often blurring the boundary between water and sky. This image is an interpretation of the recently restored lower Otter estuary in East Devon.
This is a reduction print which means the block is gradually destroyed with each stage of the process. Once the edition is complete no further impressions can be made.
