Minding my own business, doing what I do. All of a sudden, without any warning, I can feel the thump in my chest. It speeds up. My mind gets cloudy as I fumble to find the right words… But of course the words come out wrong and I stutter. A fool, I feel like, and my cheeks heat up. I am hopelessly befuddled by you.
