Painted during an uncommonly wet and cold spring in the UK, whilst the Artist considered the changing climate and the effect this has on her own personal connection with her surrounding landscape.

Focusing on the relationship with the developing painting and the paint itself, the Artist ultimately seeks to find an emotional balance within the creation of the work, which she hopes will in turn speak to the viewer’s inner self.

The painting is signed on the deep edge and ready to hang.
