Where I recount the images and colours I take from some of my dreams in this strange period of isolation and domestic confinement. Starting from the position of a body, the memory of an image or a posture or something I have dreamt, I begin to recreate it in the canvas, where I portray myself and look for ways to communicate that idea. The backgrounds are fiery, mellow colours, with weights, textures, stains of dreamscapes that introduce me into a world of my own and the body image ends up small in the corner and all this matter descends on it and crushes it or accompanies it depending on the day. The idea of telling these small dreams or small landscapes in which I am immersed is what helps me to bring out all the instability of the four walls, a slow but important process, a story within a story, a small autobiography of a year of reflection on what painting is and the relationship with my body.
