Original artwork description:

I painted this original landscape in 2019, during my trip to India. I was at the Poonthottam Ayurveda Ashram in Kerala. This place impacts me deeply inside and outside, I go there almost every year and come back completely renew and reloaded. While in Kerala, I was at plein air everyday and finished a few paintings, most of which were bought right on the spot and are now in the private collections in USA, Germany and Australia. I tried to convey the beauty and the serenity of the lotus pond right in front of the house where we stayed. Painted on a canvas board, the picture preferably needs to be framed.
