This is another in my series of small nude paintings, this one being different in that I have shown the model's face, whereas usually I let the emotion show in the gesture or position of the body.

But I loved her expression and had to catch it. She was talkative and then became thoughtful, which is when I painted this little study.

It a very soothing, very tranquil picture.
