This painting is part of a larger, on-going series titled “Lost In The World”. The artist has continued his approach of capturing real life situations and recent memories but has taken it one step further by painting the same motif over and over again. With “Lost In The World pt. 1”, we see an anonymous man sitting in his canoe in what looks like both a realistic and dream-like environment. Where is this place and what is this man thinking? His features aren’t defined and he hasn’t been given a mouth to ask his own questions. Is he dreaming or is he just taking time to be alone with his thoughts?
The artist used acrylic and oil paint with oil pastels to create this painting. You will receive this painting in a black floater frame.
