Original artwork description:

Going through old pictures from my travels, I stumbled across this scene from Shenandoah National Park, and just a few minutes later, I was already making the first brushstrokes on this little wooden board. It was an attempt to transport myself back there: to experience the light beams shining through the crowns of the trees, to hear the stream running between the rocks, to feel that freshly humid air. I hope this piece brings you a bit of that stillness too, the kind that only a forest can offer.
