Where the image was made
On a soft misty morning down at Loch Eck, a lake in the Scottish Highlands, this little tree sits surrounded by water. The fog was so far down the hillside that all the trees were hidden and the tree seems to float as if lost in the mist. The place was quiet and still and, for me, this image has a subliminal message of hope, strength and tenacity.

I Love Printing!
I have been printing my own work on professional printers for over ten years. Your beautiful artwork will be Giclée printed here in my studio on Skye on fabulous Canson Aquarelle 300gsm Paper. This heavy weight paper has the most wonderful watercolour paper texture and, with the UV resistant non fade inks I use, it holds colour for a lifetime. Canson-Arches have been making paper for over 450 years and supplied artists like Picasso, Ingres, Miro and Warhol to name but a few. The 10 inks I use for my printing are state-of-the-art non fade Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta, these give each artwork incredible depth and tone.

Each print is individually numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, ensuring its uniqueness and collectible value. This limited edition artwork is part of a small series, making it an exclusive treasure for art enthusiasts and collectors alike.
