Lost and found in Vejer de la Frontera!
Vejer de la Frontera is one of Andalusia's moorish hilltop towns, that overlooks the Straits of Gibraltar in southern Spain. It's a place of wonder, that touched me with it's mysterious white facades and meandering alleyways. There is a real timelessness about this town.

In my painting I've woven textures and tones using acrylic, india ink and sand, creating a landscape that blurs reality's edges. Each mark is a step through a village doorway, inviting you to find your own path within its layers.

Made of recomposed sewn canvas, the artwork does not require a frame as the painting continues around the sides of the canvas. It is ready to hang and will make a unique focal point in your space!
