First of all, despite the remarks made on social networks, I wanted to point out that this painting is not Simone Veil 🙂
She represents the Lorelei, a young girl whose Germanic legend says that, seated on the rock of the same name, she sings to lure sailors on the Rhine to their loss, like ancient sirens. The Lorelei has inspired many artists, especially for songs and operas. It is therefore quite naturally that it adorns itself with sheet music.
As for his third eye, I'm in my "ajna" period. I find that the addition of this eye makes a simple portrait (a quiet girl with her cat) a more complex representation. The cat also narrowly avoided an extra eye...

The canvas is varnished and equipped with a hanging system.
