My new abstract art explores the theme of networks. In this series, I use painted networks to create a single result from its many individual lines. I use a network of random lines that all join together to create an unexpected result, or in my case, a surprise image. Like reading a Rorschach inkblot, my subconscious offers up a recognizable shape or scene from the materializing network. In this process my painting, Loopy Llama, evolved. Displayed at my solo exhibit, Networks, at CornerStone Art Gallery, Indiana, 2013. Ready to hang: The sides of the canvas are painted in a vibrant red, so that it can be hung without a frame.
Shipped in the U.S. as is, hung on stretcher bars.
For international sales: In order to keep shipping rates low, this painting is shipped as a rolled canvas. The rolled canvas is wrapped around wooden stretcher bars that can be used to re-stretch it after arrival.
