This painting depicts the Port Charlotte Lighthouse, also known as Loch Indaal Lighthouse, with the island of Jura just seen in the background. The painting has been completed using brush and palette knife creating texture on the rocks and the sea. The soft purple hues indicate the light is fading to twilight. For display purposes only an image of the painting in a frame has been included.
