Original artwork description:

Mooloolaba is one of my favorite places to paint especially at the northern end with the view towards Alex.

I love the rocky shelves and the headland. It's just a stone's throw away from the main beach and esplanade but you feel like you are in another world. I have painted this view many times, and a number of times Plein air. Even took a group of artists there for a workshop a few times.

In this version I have removed the buildings you would see as you look towards Alex and gave it more of an untouched by man feel which I like.
