Original artwork description:

Small watercolour study of a long tailed tit. These are one of my very favourite little birds, I have a suet feeder right outside my window and I wait for them to visit me each day. Their tiny cuteness and noisy chirps bring a pure childlike joy like nothing else. This study was done partially to re-familiarise myself with them again before cutting a new lino print featuring them; and to get more used to using my lovely new watercolours.

The black frame measures 25 cm x 25 cm x 1.5 cm deep. It has a wood effect finish and has a 2.7 cm moulding visible in the front view. The artwork is mounted in a deep bright white bevelled cut mount and is signed and numbered on the front.

It is ready to hang. The frame is glazed with perspex to enable safe delivery and offer glass like clarity to view the painting.

Acid free Paper 300 gsm. Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolour paints, white paint pen, charcoal pencil
