I took this photograph on Google Earth. London was under works for the Olympic Games.
I like the cities and the works in the cities. The mess always gives a pictorial interest. There I liked the contrast between the big white panel and the barrels reds and whites, the panel white mixes with that of the barrel.
The subject inspires the style, here the strong contrast between black and white, the frank colors, the severals levels of grays. I painted it not too realistic, tending towards a slight abstraction.
This is a still image on a time that we all live and we often see that the boring side, noisy, and not its beauty...

Acrylic on canvas (cotton 380g / m2). Size 20 x 20 cm (7.87 H x 7.87 W 1/128 inches).

This is an acrylic on canvas, cut out and pasted on cardboard once the work is completed. The artwork size is 20 x 20 cm, it is glued to a cardboard 30 x 30 cm to be framed on frame 30 x 30 cm.
This work is finished with a gloss varnish.
This work will be sent to a cheap frame without glass, ready to hang (additional photos). You can hang it as is or change the frame at your convenience.
