This is a London scene looking out through the window. This cityscape was inspired by using a still life idea and combining it with a London scene. This pastel artwork was drawn from a friends flat overlooking the London skyline of Big Ben and the wheel. It is brightly coloured as pastels lend themselves to this kind of artwork. The red of the Geraniums contrast with treble of the River Thames. The windowsill frames the cityscape.
