A corner of London, where the light bounces off the white stucco and the sky is a cool blue, jacket weather, air that bites. A day of freedom, a day of walking and exploring, seeking out quiet streets, forgotten it seems, but the day is early. This work depicts a café on a street corner, a gentle game of shadow and light, seeped in blue and white. A perfect souvenir of London.
Texture has been added to create extra depth. The canvas is 0.5 inches deep and can therefore hang without a frame if wished.
