Original artwork description:

London Blossoms is a painting collection inspired by my cycle to work through leafy South West London, where the blossoms aligning the paths provide a colourful and ever-changing vignette, come rain or shine.

Painting Number 2 was a complement to the very first painting in the collection. It was inspired by the pink blossoms emerging through light rain early one Spring morning. I didn't know it was going to turn into a whole collection at that point, I was just compelled by the beauty and contrast.
