Hi, this is the latest in the London series. I just love this view of Parliament across the Thames from the Waterloo embankment. When it rains, the colours of the traffic and buildings are intensified and you can see the beautiful colour of the local brick and stone.
I have used a series of glazes for the more distant part of the scene to enhance the depth and drama. Love this city,
