Hi,
This is a reworking of a previous painting which I hope to enter into the Parallax artfair in Chelsea later this month.
The primary subject is the greyness of the London cityscape which is unique in the quality of its light. I have tried to enhance the depth with the use of a blurry background and a complex water pattern. For me, the important feature is the indistinct horizon, this creates drama and draws the eye into the picture.
