I painted this at the start of the second wave of covid-19 in the UK. I used a combination of brushwork, palette knives and dripping paint to get the desired effect of controlled randomness. There is one area that looks like a white figure (see detailed photo) that I particularly like as it was not deliberate. Although this is primarily a monochrome abstract there are some very small areas of red on the painting.
It is ready to hang and would look good in a wide variety of older homes and modern apartments
Acrylic paint brushed over canvas. Additional paint added directly and spread with a palette knife. More paint added by dribbling it onto the surface.
