A Scottish landscape painting of Loch Rannoch in the highlands of Scotland with the pyramidal peak of Schiehallion across the loch. Painted in cool blue tones with a touch of red in the sky. This panting was inspired by quiet winter evenings spent beside this tranquil loch with a touch of snow on the slopes of Schiehallion. Painted on a lightly textured canvas in a loose semi abstract impressionist style.

Painted with a palette knife and fingers, using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white hand painted wooden frame with cord ready to hang
