Original artwork description:

A contemporary Scottish landscape painting inspired by the mountains surrounding Loch Linnhe on the west coast of the highlands of Scotland.
In this oil painting study I have tried to portray the atmosphere of a windy day beside this sea loch with the wind blowing the waves across the loch and into the bay.
Painted in cool grey blue colours with touches of red and yellow ochre.

Painted with a palette knife and fingers, using quality artists oils on a square format 10" x 10" (25.5 x 25.5cm) deep box canvas, with a varnish finish and natural wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
