Original artwork description:

Scotland is eternally captivating in all its seasons. Just as the leaves were turning, I caught this scene as the light bounced around the mist strewn scenery. I particularly wanted to capture the rich autumnal colours against the strength of an unusually blue sky: unusual for that time of year! I used rich coloured oil paint and hogshair brushes alongside my treasures palette knives.
This painting ready to hang without a frame, but can be framed at short notice by my professional framer.
note: This painting, along with a bunch of others, is about to go on exhibition in Cheltenham!
