An acrylic painting measuring 40 x 40 cm and painted on a box canvas.
'Living On The Hill' is inspired by a wee cottage I fell in love with in the Angus Glens on the east of Scotland.
Painted in layers of acrylic paint and acrylic glaze, rubbing back each layer to reveal the colours underneath and picking up the textures of the landscape.

Acrylic paint, acrylic medium glaze, gesso, collage, charcoal
