Living Among The Plum Trees is inspired by my old farmhouse on the east coast of Scotland surrounded by apple, pear and plum trees.
Painted on a canvas board using acrylic paint and acrylic glaze medium, rubbed back to reveal previous layers.
My trusty wee bird appears sitting a-top a plum tree keeping an eye on proceedings ready for the next serving of plum pie.
Materials used:
Acrylic paint, acrylic medium glaze, gesso, charcoal.
