Original artwork description:

This is a picture of one of my favourite areas of Liverpool, England. You can see parts of the famous three graces buildings on the waterfront including the very famous Royal Liver Building and the Albert Dock. This picture was drawn outside at the Albert Dock over two summer mornings. I chose this scene because I liked the mixture of older and newer buildings and the way they reflected on the water of the Albert Dock. I also like the fact that the Albert Dock and older buildings have looked the same since they were built and have endured so much life, history and change in the city.

Materials used:

Oil Pastel on 160gsm Black Paper
