Inspired by my travels in the Caucasus, little village houses surrounded by mountains in Armenia inspired me to paint this work. Impressionistic, thick textured brushstrokes reflect the pure mountain air filled with early evening sunlight. Beautiful dramatic, old farmhouses create a nice color contrast.
The artwork is on oil-primed canvas, stretched on wooden bars. It has a wire on the back and the sides will be painted. That way your framing can be optional.
