Original artwork description:

Little Snowdrops is a study I made while out and about in the gardens of Belton House in Lincolnshire. It is a place where I often find inspiration for my work. The gardens are awash with snowdrops in January and February. Their delicacy is so lovely. I liked the contrast of the newness of the first flowers of spring poking their heads above the decaying, dead leaves that fell in the Autumn.

This acrylic painting is done on gesso board. It measures17.5cms x 12.5cms approx.
I shown a photograph of this painting displayed on an easel. I think it looks good like this but it would also look great in a frame of your choice.
