Original artwork description:

Painted on-site in the artist's neighborhood in Minneapolis in early spring. Features a Magnolia tree with pink blossoms displaying variations from white, to blush pink, to deep pink. The tree is accented by three bright red tulips at its base, and evergreen behind it, and a tree with light spring green leaves to the left. sky, grass, and greenery in the background were created with casein paint, and have watery, dripping effects and a soft, matte texture. The trees were painted with oil. and the magnolia blossoms have a thick impasto texture created with palette knife. Framed in a 3" wide wood frame with a mahogany colored finish. May be purchased unframed by request.
