Original artwork description:

This painting is part of the Fruit of the Spirit collection and is a simplistic work rendered in oils. The majority of the work is the gradation from pink to sand and then a band of energy breaks out across the lower middle. This symbolises communication with the divine, through which all the other fruit of the spirit are imparted. In places, the sand breaks through in veins to the blue base which lies below the whole work. There are deconstructed hillsides and clouds which rest upon them.

The abstracted form allows the viewer to read into these symbols what they will, without prescription. The form is soft and organic with no harsh angles or jarring lines. It is a work of still contemplation.
