Lily Pond, was inspired by a trip I took this year to the Highlands. Like most people, it wasn't easy to travel and so we decided to go local. Well, I say local it took us three days of travel just to reach Inverness.

The Northern Highlands is a stunning location, and while there we happened upon lots of Lily Ponds. The scene was utterly magical, silent and truly looked like a movie set.

I hope I've caught some of that tranquil atmosphere in this print.

This is a reduction linocut. It is created by using one piece of lino and repeatedly carving away with tools and printing with inks until the image appears. It's all done by hand, therefore there will be small variations in each print.

This print is printed on very thick Italian paper, using water based matt inks.

The postage and packaging fees are for up to 2 prints. If you purchase more than 2 prints I will package them together, where possible and refund excess postage costs.

For the U.K. I ship Royal Mail 1st class tracked or Special Delivery depending on the value of the package.
International orders are shipped Royal Mail International tracked.

Outside the U.K. and USA local customs/duty may be incurred. These are the responsibility of the customer and outside my control.
