Painted on-site at Lilac Hill at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. This painting features a spectrum of Lilac blossoms from pink to purple to lavender and white, framed by the shadowy slope of the hill, and the woods in the background. This created this work at a simpler, less frenetic time in my life, and it is characterized by fine, delicate brushstrokes, a peaceful mood, and a classic impressionistic approach to painting.

Framed in a 3" wide wood frame with a black finish. May also be purchased without the frame.
