A semi abstract, expressive floral meadow with a lilac and blue base colour. It’s such a challenge for me to paint with restraint on colour as I love wild vibrant colours and pattern. So on this occasion I’m working on restricting my palette and seeing how it turns out..
Packed with texture and painted wet into wet to get various shades and tones of colour. Inspired by my love of wild flowers, colour and pattern.
Painted onto Loxley canvas using gold standard acrylics.
Sealed with acrylic varnish to protect the surface of the canvas.
