I drew this flower in pastels on Canson pastel paper.
And although the size of the image is small, the flower is very expressive.
I painted this delicate flower when I was in a romantic mood. A pale lilac shade reminds me of the morning fog over the lake. A blue-green background enhances this impression.

If you are satisfied with the size of the picture, then you need to issue a small mat with a frame.
Pastel must be filled out with a mat and under glass.
If you like the picture, but the dimensions seem small for your room, then the cunning design move is right for you!
You can arrange any small picture on a large passe-partout. The painting only benefits from this. And observe a small rule: the more comprehensive the mat, the narrower the frame is.
The painting will be framed in a shipping sheet and tracing paper during the shipment. This operation will protect the pastel layer from accidental damage.
