lights in the silent lagoon
In this series of works I express my passion for watercolors. For me they are a technique of immediacy, of the ability to grasp the aspects of reality in an instant, restoring an equally sudden, fleeting image.
In this cycle I represent landscapes where even small figures can emerge. In this work I wanted to immortalize the barely hinted lights of the Grado lagoon at dawn, silent, where the light lapping of the waves was accompanied by a mist that a gentle breeze was carrying away.
These watercolors are brightened by a passpartout and a white frame.
