Original artwork description:

A compilation of two photographs. The Lightships were anchored on the River Medway at Upnor and I took the photograph whilst having a Sunday walk along the river out towards Hoo. The anchors and iron work were photographed on the Eastern Arm at Dover Harbour. Both initial watercolours I painted needed something so I decided to bring the compostion together. Hopefully you agree and find the painting busy to say the least.

Materials used:

bockingford w/colour paper. w/n watercolour paints
