Impressionist abstract painting.

Early autumn in Kent has a beautiful, rich palette of colour, which can be vibrant but also a little bit dark sometimes. I love it, and relish walking and taking in all the mauves, greens, greys, yellow and ochre and earthy shades.

I have used palette knives, rags , and a variety of brush types to create a rich textured surface on the canvas. using top quality acrylic paints i can have many washes of colour and lots of intense marks too.

This unframed 120x120cm canvas has white painted edges, it is strung with picture cord and ready to hang.
